Deceptive advertising

I ordered a door that was supposed to match the color of my other doors, but it arrived in a light brown shade, which is completely different. I requested a replacement, but they denied it, saying that oaks come in various shades, which should have been advertised. I requested to return the door and will purchase from another supplier. Very disappointed with the lack of a viable solution.

Over 5 weeks delivery delay

The delivery has taken more than 5 weeks. When I called, the representative mentioned it hadn’t left the depot, yet the delivery company indicated they had it, which was their expected delivery date.
