I took my beloved cat Sabrina in mid October for blood test and it came bk with anemia after another test, fine, then in November she stopped eating much as couldn't swallow, 2 more blood tests later , no diagnosis!! I suggested an endoscopy as it was clear it was either throat or stomach problems, the vet said if she is not vomiting we won't do one.
Back again and I said let's scan her as she was still not eating and I was giving her water by syringe into mouth for dehydration, also she had lost 1.5 kilos, I was then told they had no appointments for 12 days!! SURELY this should have been classed as an EMERGENCY!! Inbetween then she got out and was run over in front of my gate ... What a joke this practice is....they are so absorbed in the equine part of the practice as it is more lucrative...they are neglecting small animal pet care, although we still pay through the nose for it...THANK GOODNESS they are all being investigated now. It's a lottery regarding pet practices and this practice is one of the worst I have ever registered with over all my years of pet ownership.

Avoid at all costs. Zero stars would be more appropriate. Distinct lack of care for animal and owner. Poor diagnostic skills. Tried on 3 occasions to get help from them. Wanting to put the horse down instead of treating the problem, then resorting to threats about my lack of care (what do they think I'd called them out for?!). Fortunately got a second opinion from a fantastic, caring vet. The horse is more poorly than he would have been if he'd received proper treatment on Aireworth's visit. Awful experience.
I wrote a review in 2016 on another site and they have attempted in last few weeks to take it down. So now I am going to add my review to this site. Used them once, never again ! Then out of blue i get a phone call from Peter the vet saying “I have an outstanding bill for a husky’s operation”. I have never owned a husky. I informed politely of this to be told I am not telling the truth. Next day he rings my partner, again tells him we are not telling the truth. Following day he rings me, again accuses me of a bill for a husky and says he is checking CCTV. After 3 days of horrendous accusations by Peter, they admitted it was an admin error. Never use, is my advice.
Just in case I'm going to tell you my cat of 20 yrs with kidney disease was given a solensia injection for joint pain and his kidney issues suddenly went to highest level when he seemed ok to start this may of been coincidence but just incase people may be unsure just to say so am I it was a month after injection he went down hill I started worrying about solensia drug after going on line and seeing similar symptoms as my cat so would rather warn people just incase I have not been told truth by vets.
Having taken my 13 year old cat (fur son), Alex to the emergency vets (vets now -avoid), I brought him to Aireworth and saw Matthew. A thorough examination given and a magic injection given, but after week he still wasn't thriving. Back to see Abby and a course of antibiotics given but again returned as my old boy still wasn't right. Dan performed an ultrasound and unfortunately Alex has a lymphoma. Aireworth have been amazing with his palliative care, even giving him his chemo tablets every week as I can't do it. They liase with my insurance, so I can just concentrate on spending quality time with my baby. Dan is amazing as are the wonderful girls on reception. Adele especially has kept me sane. 5 stars are not good enough for these angels xx
Would not recommend at all, they put money of what is best for your pet. Avoid, there are better vets in Keighley than these. I have had issues with these vets once and stopped using them, gave them another go a few years later and having nothing but regret.
I have never been so disappointed with a vet. My elderly dog had cruciate ligament surgery and they did an X-ray afterwards despite not having an orthopaedic vet qualified to read the result. It took countless telephone calls and a visit to the vet before the results were reported to me. This was despite the vet on the day saying the X-rays would be forwarded for the orthopaedic vet’s attention. I also needed a couple of referrals relating to my dog’s aftercare, and emails went unanswered for extensive periods of time. I moved my dog to another vet after this, and was given excellent service. Avoid!
I had Airworth out twice now and couldn't be more happier both girls who came out were both lovely on both visits they were attentive very caring towards my horse millie and felt like they really cared so just want to say Thank u to both Christine and Kate x
