This company is easily accessible and has great customer service. I like how fast the shipping is and that have been always able to answer my questions. However, I hate the shipping through fedex. I had to call fedex NINE times to get my package because I live in an apartment building and they refuse to call even though I left my number on the door (I live in a double locked unit). By the time fedex gave me the run around saying they would HFPU and they tried to deliver another 2 times it was 3 days before I got my meds. It was all very annoying and they continue to still try to deliver it despite me calling so many times and requesting it to be held. So great company, horrible shipper. My advice, go with purolator who actually calls when delivering or at least HFPU when told to do so.
When they went to “reassess” me after I’ve been receiving medication from them no problem for 5 month prior they automatically enrolled me in the 6 month program plan but denied me. Based on my medical info that was the same as it was when I first applied. ( they didn’t ask for it again). I find this completely suspicious I think they are doing something illegal here. I emailed for my money back and they said they would but haven’t.
