After being a loyal customer for about five years, my experience in the last six months has been disappointing. The company takes my payment but fails to fulfill orders, offering nothing but excuses. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I was met with useless discounts and promotions. It's unclear what has changed within the company, but it seems that new management has negatively impacted the service. My wife and I were happy customers until we ran out of essential products. Now, we're looking for alternatives that often cost less. The constant lies about shipping have left me frustrated, as I’ve been waiting over a month for my order.

Let Down by Product Quality

The dropper from the bottle was malfunctioning. I was informed that there was an issue with the manufacturing process, and while I was promised a replacement, I’ve now been placed on a waiting list. After using one bottle for about four to five weeks, I have not noticed any improvement with my condition, even after increasing my dosage. I’m not seeking a refund, but I feel quite let down by the product.

Frustrated with Shipping Delays

I’m uncertain if the product (juicy joint) is effective, but I wanted to give it a fair chance. After using three bottles, I placed an additional order for six bottles ($330.00) to avoid a gap in my supply. However, I’ve been waiting over two weeks since running out, and their shipping and fulfillment process is severely lacking.
