I purchased the new model based on my positive experience with another product, hoping to surprise my wife with what was marketed as the best option available. After spending $250 on the wireless version, it failed within three months due to a loose connection, while the previous item I bought for $100 has lasted four years without issues. I reached out to the support team to submit a warranty claim, but after learning it was acquired by a new company, they informed me that my warranty might not be honored since I purchased it before October. This situation is frustrating, as I was told someone would get back to me, but weeks have passed without any communication. I understand changes can happen with new ownership, but I expected better service, especially for such a high price. Now, I'm left with a broken product and feel I wasted my money on something that was supposed to last.

Beware! Poor customer service and subpar products. I returned an item under warranty due to issues, but they claimed I was using the wrong adapter, despite no guidance on that. I filed a warranty claim less than 90 days post-purchase and have received no communication from the company despite multiple emails sent. I even provided video evidence of the malfunction. It's frustrating to be left with a $200 item that is now useless.
