Disappointing Experience with a High-Priced Product

This situation is frustrating, as I was told someone would get back to me, but weeks have passed without any communication. I understand changes can happen with new ownership, but I expected better service, especially for such a high price. Now, I'm left with a broken product and feel I wasted my money on something that was supposed to last.

Disappointing experience with a pricey product

Total waste of money

Another malfunctioning device

This is the second device that has broken on me. The first was replaced with a suggestion that another replacement was unlikely. However, the quality has proven to be poor and now they are refusing to replace it due to a change in ownership. Very frustrating.

Avoid this company!

Beware! Poor customer service and subpar products. I returned an item under warranty due to issues, but they claimed I was using the wrong adapter, despite no guidance on that. After receiving it back, it failed again within a week, and my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered for weeks. I'm now receiving bounce-back emails. Extremely disappointing service!

Loved it until it broke

Warranty claim ignored

I filed a warranty claim less than 90 days post-purchase and have received no communication from the company despite multiple emails sent. I even provided video evidence of the malfunction. It's frustrating to be left with a $200 item that is now useless.
