I'll be straight with you — yes, the upsells can add up fast. But here's what nobody tells you: you

I'll be straight with you — yes, the upsells can add up fast. But here's what nobody tells you: you can say "no" to every single one of them and still get a solid education from the core modules. I did buy into the whole program, and I don't feel like it's a poor choice if you can afford it. I am making it work.
I've been in Ted's program for about four months now, and I'm genuinely enjoying it. The modules build on each other, which matters to me as someone who's spent over 25 years in education — I can tell when a course is thrown together and when someone actually thought about the learning progression. Ted thought about it.
The weekly live YouTube sessions are a highlight for me. Ted shows up, he teaches, he engages with people. I like him. He's got a lot of ideas and he's not stingy with them.
What surprised me most was the community. Ted pushes people in his program to connect and help each other, and it works. I've met some absolutely wonderful people from around the world that I wouldn't have crossed paths with otherwise.
Is it perfect? No. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely. But I will say this — in just the four months I've been involved, I've already seen positive changes happening. That tells me Ted and his team are actually listening. His assistant has been great to work with, too.
Bottom line: I'm learning a lot, and I'm glad I invested. If you go in with realistic expectations and skip the upsells you don't need, there's real value here.

I can't believe what a scam his site…

I can't believe what a scam his site is! I attempted to make a $1.00 purchase but the item wouldn't populate. Only option was the next $27 upsell product. I called the support line 323 577-4712 and an automated call asking about car insurance proceeded to give me a pitch. I thought I had the wrong number? Called back again. This time it was an AI bot congratulating me as it offered me a free medical device. I interrupted asking if it was a human. It immediately transferred me to ANOTHER AI bot, although it alleged a human rep was getting on the line. I asked that bot if it was human to which it hung up on me. I called back a third time and was notified I have exceeded my calls on tha line and hung me up.This is a reptilian snake oil sales piece of dirt who deserves to be exposed for all that it is not.

Easy to access modules and great support from real, live humans.

Ted's modules are broken down into easy-to-follow steps. Lots of great content in bite-sized pieces so we can practice a new skill before moving to the next lesson. Easy to access modules, lifetime access, and group coaching that feels like 1:1 coaching. We get real support, and if we need it, they will call us and reach out for 1:1 assistance. Super responsive. Specifically, Brandon is an excellent trainer who ensures we truly understand.

Run and Hide from Ted McGrath Brands!!!!!!

Can I put a 0 star. This is a scammer.• The product was not delivered as advertised.• The online platform contained repeated technical glitches that prevented full access to the promised materials. • When I did go in and fill out the homework and lessons it would not save what I had added. I was told early on by Diane that they knew this one an issue and they were in the process of changing that part of the system. So all of the lessons I had filled out for my refund were lost. It would take me hours to fill them out again. • I also asked Diane and Joanna 5 times on the evening of 9-4-25 to send me the lessons so I can fill them out. They would not do it. They wanted to go on a zoom or call with me and I said no.• The product does not come close to doing what is promised.• Customer service finally responded on 9-4 but does not want to send me the homework needed..• My coaching call with their representative, Diane Hutchings, did not resolve these issues and instead attempted to upsell me additional products. And Diane told me in the onboarding call there was an issue with the exercises submitted not always being saved. She also told me they were in the process of changing the system.• I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT THEY WOULD NOT, IN FACT JOANNA WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO ME NOW. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Predatory sales, Weird constraints, Broken promises, Breach of confidentiality

I was sold a $1,997 program by Ted McGrath Brands after purchasing a $5 bundle I hadn’t even opened yet.Roe Desaro spent three hours pitching me — beginning with a long discussion about how committed she is to serving women. I was emotionally raw at the time (national and local chaos were peaking, and we’d just lost animals on our ranch). I asked to be treated with integrity — true fit or no sale — and repeatedly suggested we start with the smaller bundle. Instead, I was assured I “needed more.”Ms. Desaro promised email coaching support beyond the contract, a genuinely helpful Facebook group, and a monthly mastermind. None of it held up. The Facebook group has been abandoned for over a year. The “mastermind” was just a pre-recorded video with a formal Q&A. The feedback I was promised came six weeks later — generic coachspeak after multiple disheartening follow-ups.Immediately after I enrolled, Roe Desaro pressured me to sign a second agreement — outside the contract — restricting the professional methods I use with my clients. When I objected, she returned with softened language we could "both live with." Nothing like this was disclosed in the contract, the sales materials, or anywhere I can find about Ted McGrath Brands online. The most serious breach came during refund discussions, when Ms. Desaro revealed she had shared homework submitted privately by my business partner and me — without our consent — with one of her personal coaching colleagues outside Ted McGrath Brands. This individual was described as being part of my extended circle, with “30 mutual Facebook friends.”What kind of sales development company imposes off-contract restrictions on client work — then meets sincere, detailed concerns with verbal chess, deflection, and gaslighting? This wasn’t just a mismatch. It was a serious breach of trust.I’ll be filing a BBB complaint. If you’re considering this company, start small, read the fine print, check the reviews — and always listen to your gut.

I was duped into paying $10 for a phone…

I was duped into paying $10 for a phone call, thinking I was going to learn about marketing. As the credit card bill states, I paid for an ebook, Cold Traffic Funnels, which I never received. I believe this is going to be a high-pitched sales call in which I'm just reselling his course or products. using his sales funnel, in which he gaslights you and says you're standing in your own way

Coaching call is a dreadful hard sell

I bought a $9.99 course from Ted McGrath and you are given a ‘free’ coaching call which you can’t decline. I wanted to go through the course first to see if I found it valuable, but was coerced to book the call first. So I scheduled the call and I asked right at the start ‘is this just an upgrade call to a more expensive course’ I was given the answer that the call was to discover what kind of help I needed. First part of the call was the coach basically finding out my motivation and emotional and driving factors. Next part was a vague description of the course I’d be buying which has been super successful for previous adopters. The price was given a $10,000 value reduced to $2997reduced today only to $1997 which equated to only £1504. I had some doubts and wanted to see the 30 day money back guarantee in detail. It requires you to have had a strategy session with a minimum of 15 people, so basically a coaching call like the one I was on convincing the customer to buy my course. That immediately turned me off, and I knew it wasn’t the right fit for me. Tried to tell the coach I wasn’t interested but was basically given little chance to speak. The coach then tried to intimate that I was being difficult by saying she didn’t understand why I was kicking back, all their other customers thanked them for this opportunity and offer. She continued trying to wear me down with emotional guilt using the things I had said were important to me in the first half of the call and I was the only person getting in my way. Felt like I was being gaslighted. I actually broke down in tears and handed the phone to my husband. I walked away and came back 5 mins later and she was still talking! Using guilt trip techniques. Absolutely awful, horrific experience!
