Venum..Dragon bleu..once again does not respond to parcels not delivered by DHL..this is 4 time.Don't buy from them..is just problem always with delivery..customer services..etc.

After a all week of phone calls, emails, and stress, the parcel was graciously delivered few minutes ago.Never again..!

placed an order for £4,000 worth of equipment, and while payment was taken instantly, nearly a month later I have yet to receive my order. All I’ve been given are excuses. Every time I contact the office, I’m told “no one can help” or “someone will call you tomorrow” — but that call never comes.At this point, I believe this company is either extremely incompetent or operating dishonestly. I am now in discussions with a representative regarding legal action and will update this review as the situation develops. Do not use this company at all.
