I had an issue with my order that I returned which was accidentally rejected at customs. I began to get stressed as I spent a lot of money on a tracked returns back to the company and then the updates stopped coming in. After being passed to a couple of people in customer service, I was eventually spoken to by a lovely person called Lesli. Lesli has gone above and beyond to get this issue sorted for me. Not only this, but he was so apologetic to the situation and I could tell he was being genuine. A new order was put in for me (for the item I originally wanted to exchange) with a super speedy delivery. Lesli went above and beyond to ensure this situation was sorted for me, as I had been trying to sort the situation for a couple of weeks. My item arrived today and I can finally put all of this to rest! Thank you for coming to my rescue, Lesli! You’re amazing - and I will be coming back to shop more sportswear in the future :)
I almost didn't order because of the negative reviews, I'm glad I did. My experience was the complete opposite. They have some of the biggest and best selections, certainly the best in Europe.The prices are amazing. I got the Fairtex FGV18 for 79€, they're 99+€ everywhere else! Super fast delivery, too. Ordered a gi almost a month ago. never got it. support just keeps asking the same questions, it feels like talking to a wall. absolute worst onlineshop i ever bought from!------Update 20.10.2022------They answered below yet didnt give any contact information, except the horrible regular support mail adress. thats even worse
