I was extremely disappointed. The preview shows something completely different. The sweaters looks like fully knitted sweaters and all I got were printed versions on cheap quality material and even colors are not what is shown. I ordered three different items of same size and each same size was very different. A huge mistake and even more sorry that I bought three items. NEVER AGAINPlease be warned when buying on this site
I ordered a product from Dravoks and was extremely disappointed. The item I received did not match the description or the photos on the website — the quality was far worse than advertised.It was very difficult to get in touch with the seller, and I received no clear support or resolution from their customer service. In the end, I had to open a dispute through PayPal, and only thanks to PayPal was I able to get my money back.
Was expecting a woollen heavy knit hooded cardigan with embossed design. Got a cheep polyester hoodie with a tacky transfer. If that’s not bad enough, garment was so undersized I gave my large adult size to my 7 year and it was only just big enough to fit her!!!
We were very disappointed in the clothing . Very-poor quality . We thought everything was knitted and nice quality. It even says in the advertising that it is knitted. My husband bought me a bunch of clothing. I think I would love them. Everything was printed and cheap cotton polyester blend very disappointed as of everybody else is saying on here it’s true they’re scammers misleading everybody having a hard time to even get a hold of them for a refund. Ordering from Canada … US prices this is very disappointing.🤨
