⭐ 1 Star — Completely Misleading Product, Poor Quality, and False Advertising1 Start is actually too good for them. Pure scam. I was expecting to give my wife a beautiful gift, but got the cheapest kind of product you can expect.I ordered what was advertised as a **luxurious, thick wool cardigan coat**, exactly like the one shown on their website — a beautifully detailed, cable-knit design that looked warm, premium, and handmade. What I received could not be further from that.The product I got is **a cheap printed imitation** of the real thing. The “knitted” pattern is not knitted at all — it’s just **a flat print on thin, synthetic fabric**. The material feels flimsy and low-grade, more like a costume hoodie than a coat. It even has a **zipper instead of the buttons** shown in the ad, and a **white fleece lining** that completely changes the look.The difference in quality is shocking — the advertised item looked like genuine wool craftsmanship, while what I received looks and feels like something worth a fraction of the price.This is a clear case of **false advertising**. The product photos online do not match what they send customers. It’s extremely disappointing to see companies misleading buyers this way, especially when the item looks so premium in the photos.I would strongly **advise others to avoid this seller**. The photos are not an accurate representation of the product you’ll receive. I’ve requested a refund and reported this to my payment provider for **misrepresentation of goods**.
I ordered clothing described as being made of wool. Upon delivery, the items were synthetic fabric, completely different from what was advertised.I contacted customer service, but they refused to cover the return costs, even though the law requires the seller to do so in cases of non-conformity.They only offered me a small discount voucher to keep items I did not order.Very disappointing experience: lack of professionalism, lack of respect for the customer, and no proper solution provided. Highly Not recommended at all. First thing it took too long to receive my parcel. Second it’s absolutely terrible quality, nothing similar with the picture and description. Third communication with a seller super bad and long. They doesn’t want to accept return, and they don’t want to return my money!!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service from them!
Placed my order and then realized they were charging in US dollars even tho the website had it in Canadian. I emailed them right away and it has been 2 weeks and they have done nothing but give me the run around Do not buy from this site!!!!!
SCAM company!!! I placed an order with this Company due to the great looking clothing and beware, you must read the "Description" you are not getting what you see in any photo; a nice quilted or woven shirt; you get a cheap PRINTED shirt that "looks" like the item. and the description actually says, "PRINTED." So what you see, a lush comfy looking woven or knitted luxurious shirt or hoodie or jacket is NOTHING like what you will get. Not only that but, I received the wrong item (ordered black, received blue) and tried to get a replacement and all they offered was a 10% coupon. In a Paypal case right now for this SCAM company. Don't be deceived like many others who didn't do reviews first. You been warned. After posting this review, I noticed almost every other review says the same thing. Welcome to the group of others who been outright scammed by this trash company. Believe me, the 5-Star reviews are just as fake as their products. READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS. They are the truth!! And to think I placed two separate orders and got deceived twice. At least the second order actually fit me where the first was 2 sizes too small and the wrong color. Do not do business with this scam company. YOU BEEN WARNED
