I'm disgusted with my jumper I ordered the wolf jumper with the rarely fluffy hood and what I got was pathetic a long jumper with hardly any fur on the hood it looks ridiculous I personally would not buy from this company again If you could contact me on 07 500 to 1 6 3 7 4 I would very much be appreciated
Y'all need better filtering, types of dresses(midi, MIni, Maxi), shirtwear, whatever. I live in the tropics and yet I have to sort through ALL your products to find items that will work for me. Time consuming and frustrating. I do build websites for a living, so could help!! :)
The items I ordered do not match it's advertised pictures. The items are NOT knitted garments, when really they are a cheap material with the designs stamped on. It's disgusting and way overpriced for a polyester stamped on designs and enhanced by AI! Ill never order from this company again!

Instead of simply clicking a button, you waited in silence just long enough to claim that my request had "exceeded 24 hours." Telling me it was too late to cancel after ignoring my timely emails is a masterclass in gaslighting.I was also deeply touched by your robotic response where you "prayed I feel healthy and happy" while simultaneously refusing to give me my money back. Offering a $5 voucher as compensation for holding my funds hostage was a generous joke.You claimed you "produce on demand," yet threatened me with a "handling fee" for an item that clearly hadn't been made yet. Which is it? Is it made to order, or was it already sitting there ready to incur a fee? The logic is as broken as your service.Let’s be crystal clear for anyone reading this: This company did not refund me. They fought it until the end.PayPal had to STEP IN and force the full refund because you refused to process it.Mastercard had to handle the "handling fee" nonsense you tried to push.If you enjoy fighting disputes with payment providers just to get your own money back, this is the store for you. For everyone else, I suggest you take your business to a company that actually reads emails rather than just praying for you.
