Having suffered from a debilitating autoimmune disease for years Dr Indra was able to identify the route cause of the problem and start the healing process.She has extensive knowledge and experience in the medical profession.I no longer have chronic symptoms and would no doubt be extremely ill now if I had not had advice from Dr Indra and her team.I now follow a healthy simple protocol to maximise my health and well being and review annually.Functional medicine I believe is the only way to truly identify the underlying problem and then heal it.
I used the phlebotomy services for private blood test through Genova Excellent place and sarah fitted me in on a day they don’t do phlebotomy and gave me all the instructions needed for the blood test Highly recommend . Everyone here is lovely and helpful
I underwent the assess package with Dr Indra’s practice and had assessments with a range of practitioners (GP, lifestyle coach and nutrition coach). I am at the beginning of the process and so far I have gained so much more than I hoped for. The small changes recommended to me have transformed my life already. I now have better digestion, sleep and overall well-being, and my nervous system is finally feeling more calm. I am starting to feel more myself, and look forward to working with the team and undertaking the transform program. The packages are expensive, but having battled with various health problems over the past decade and seen so many specialists with no relief from my symptoms, I already feel that this has been money very well spent. The whole team work together holistically, and their joint expertise brings a program that treats me as a whole human being, and not a list of disjointed symptoms, and that in itself is transforming.Couldn’t recommend the team at Dr Indra enough.
Dr Indra blew me away when she lectured on my health coaching journey and I knew then that she was the person who could help me take the next steps in my journey to better health and freedom from Chronic Health Conditions. I first met the holistic team on one of their Webinars on Gut Health. I am currently on a journey to heal myself in every way and my progress is so good. I feel I am being heard, looked after and supported for the first time in my life. It is an amazing journey of self-realisation and healing.

Thank you for the informative session. I really liked the way you put it all together in terms of a holistic approach and how all the various systems work together. It was good to see some research included too for further reading. I am very interested in the HRT and oral health components but realise this is a multifaceted issue.
