I have bought from this company a few times without issue and yesterday I bought 2 items. They not only sent the wrong order, but one order was a complete dud and obviously completely useless. I emailed them regarding this and they called me from a withheld number. She said she would “ talk to her manager” after telling me that my friend had a “ high tolerance” and that’s why they weren’t effective ( she has had nothing in months and drs are useless)
I was told via email that they would refund me if I sent the product back, which I was prepared to do as I refused to take them as they were not what I bought. A few hours later I was given an address to send the products back, I replied and asked if I would be refunded ( no reply) and they expect me to pay for shipping although they messed up. This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking this further. I won’t be ordering again from them again ( obviously) and looking at other reviews, please be careful. As stated I will be taking this further. Totally ripped off and very disappointed. So please be very careful.

I have lost over £100 as I never received the pills. I've been emailing the service since September, but I keep getting the same types of responses. They claim it's being escalated to a human agent, but that hasn't happened yet. They say they understand my frustration, but I question that. I've learned the hard way that paying via bank transfer can be risky; using a credit card seems safer. I will continue to update my reviews about this company until they either replace the lost pills or issue a refund.
I am very dissatisfied with the 1 mg medication. It did nothing and was a waste of money. I’ve taken higher doses, but still no effect. This was my first purchase here, and perhaps other options are better. I've heard that these sites often sell products with less than 70% of the active ingredient, and I suspect the information on their site is misleading.
Steer clear of this service. One delivery took four weeks, another had incorrect items, and yet another was fake. It takes ages to receive orders, and they charge high prices compared to other providers. They ignore emails, and I often wonder why I keep coming back.
This service is terrible. I placed an order on 12/11 and am still waiting for delivery as of 02/12. When I try to contact them, I only get a bot response saying all agents are busy or unavailable. I’ve been trying for over a week to get a reply. Why do they respond to good reviews but ignore the negative ones? This seems like a missed opportunity to address issues.
