The flight was delayed so we tried to call the office but tgey did not pick up the phone. We arrived at 23.03h but the office had already closed. All the other rental companies were open. We need to book a hotelroom for €220. Incredibily bad service. Do not book heren.

Vehicle Not Delivered and Poor Support

The vehicle was not delivered. Upon arriving at the rental location, the service denied me the car due to their credit card policy. They rejected my payment method and did not accept a digital card, even though my booking was fully prepaid. Consequently, no vehicle was provided. Despite this, the total amount (€612.43) was charged and retained. I received a document from the location confirming that the vehicle was not delivered due to the payment card issue. However, the company refused to issue a refund voluntarily. Customer support was nearly impossible to reach - emails bounced back with server errors, and no solution was offered. I only secured a refund after initiating a formal bank dispute (chargeback). The company actively contested the dispute instead of resolving it amicably. The bank had to escalate the case. Ultimately, the dispute was resolved in my favor, and the refund came from the bank, not the company. Special thanks to the bank for effectively managing the dispute and safeguarding the customer. Without their intervention, I likely would not have received my money back. This experience highlights that even when no service is rendered, the company may retain your funds unless you are prepared to challenge them through your bank.

Gave them another chance, but it was a mistake.

I decided to give them another opportunity despite a terrible experience earlier this year. Unfortunately, things got even worse. First, I encountered a very unfriendly interaction at the counter, which I expected given the reputation of the company.
Then, I received a vehicle with a fuel tank that was not full, despite being told to return it with a full tank. I assumed this meant I would be reimbursed for the extra fuel, similar to how I would be charged for returning it with less fuel, so I returned it full. It was no surprise when I later received an email stating that fuel reimbursement was not an option.

Steer Clear of This Service

Steer clear of this service. The vehicle we received was already extensively damaged all around—there wasn't a single spot that was untouched when we collected it. Despite this, we were subsequently billed for damages we did not inflict. This seems unjust and deceitful. Ensure you document everything meticulously if you decide to use them, or even better, opt for a more trustworthy rental provider.

Extremely let down by this service

I feel completely cheated out of over 700 euros. The vehicle had pre-existing damage before I picked it up, and when I asked the representative about it, he assured me that everything would be documented. Anticipating potential issues, I recorded a video before leaving. However, when I returned months later, I was hit with charges exceeding 700 euros for damages, and my deposit was not refunded. Despite providing video evidence with timestamps showing it was taken before I drove off, they claim it’s insufficient. I strongly advise against using this service to avoid wasting your money.

Did not receive the reserved car model

We didn’t get the specific car model we reserved, but they provided us with a similar one. The only issue was the wait time of about an hour at the counter due to problems with the customer ahead of us. Overall, no major complaints.
