I recently joined Drop Ship Zone to pursue a second business but to also have the flexibility to not have to outlay money to hold stock. I was doing research to try to keep suppliers within Australia which gives customers peace of mind over international shipments. Drop Ship Zone has been astounding in their level of service, especially my account manager Johnathan Z who has always been super helpful and proactive in helping with the initial integration of their software to the website and any other questions I have along the way.My recommendation for anyone wanting to join is to use Shopify which integrates with Drop Ship Zone's software which keeps inventory up to date along with when trackings are allocated to each order the customer is notified, so it's doing all the backend work for you.Thanks so much for your excellent service! :)

I confess, that I initially wrote a negative review, one I realise was completely and utterly unjustified. These people have an amazing range of products and their service is fantastic. Setting up a new furniture business and finding suppliers has been interesting and frustrating. So many being so slow in service, you know that this will be the case with your customers, so you have to walk away from them. These people get back to you within a few hours, so fast and their products, well they have everything that I am looking for. I want to pick certain pieces and they have them all pretty much. I was frustrated by their approval process, but now realise how necessary it is and I am glad that they have one. My store looks amazing with their higher-end furniture pieces on it, I even have the perfect beds. Definitely going to be my major supplier for the store.
We have been working with Dropshipzone since 2015 and they are the best in the industry with a great selection of quality products. Their customer service is really great and if any faulty or damaged products which is once in a while, they happily sort it out asap and offer great solutions for our customers. We continue to work with them for a long term partnership and support each other.
