I'm finding more and more products out of stock to purchase and less competitive items to choose from. Other larger companies are selling the same products cheaper online than what I can buy for making it difficult to compete. I feeling they are about to go out of business. Could be wrong but a feeling I'm getting. Would be good to see more modern and in demand products to sell.

I'm just giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO!I purchased two suitcase sets for a customer, and only ONE was delivered. After days of requesting a refund to my bank account for the missing item, they refunded it to the platform Wallet instead — a Wallet I never wanted to use and cannot transfer money out of.This was my first and LAST time using this platform.I had to refund my own customer, which means I’m now out of pocket twice, and even after explaining the situation repeatedly, the response was always the same scripted message.They force you to load money into their Wallet (there is no other payment option), and then they respond with:"Please note that this order was paid via wallet, and the funds have been returned to your digital Wallet."As if I had any other choice!Terrible experience. No accountability, no real support, and no way to recover my money.Avoid the headache!
I have been with Dropship Zone for two years and ive had enough, products are way to expensive and are always out of stock and cant compete with other stores. Made no profit what so ever. would go to another supplier but don't know who, they all have bad review's.
The good: 1) Large range of products in Australia. 2) Product catalog sync, price syncing has been really simple and easy. 3) Vivien Liow has been a real star in recent weeks. She has been a real incredible help with some of my particular issues.The Bad: 1) Although, they have large range of products in Australia, unfortunately they are not priced compete with larger companies. This really eats into your profit margin and makes it difficult to stay afloat. 2) To add insult to injury on the price of the product, sometimes their supplies can't even ship to specific locations, even though they are metro areas and not regional. Due to this shipping fees can be quite expensive (nearly doubling my cost in some cases).Overall, Dropshipzone is great to have warehoused products in Australia. However, due to the high product cost and high shipping cost. It is near impossible to compete with competitors.
Usually, I do not have anything bad to say about a business, I just spent 4 months building a women's clothing brand with all products coming from a dropship zone, placed an order with them 24 days ago to find out today following the tracking that the items are coming straight from china not from the warehouse in Melbourne... this is not my first business with dropship-zone, I have another business connected to them for over 7 years, I'm more than disappointed with them I'm devastated, I could have had those products in Australia within 2 weeks .. also be aware that the price you and I are offered as a discount to drop shippers is more than the price that bunnings, dick smith and the big companies are paying for the big companies are paying less than the smaller companies like us, hence why we can not compete ...... why do I know this? my other company has over 46,000 products uploaded from Dropshipzone.. in conclusion, I think it is better to go back to alixspress
We spent thousands building a dropship site using dropshipzone products.When it was ready to go we found that a large percentage of their products was always out of stock, it caused us numerous issues.Plus some items were unable to be shipped depending on the postcode, including suburban areas. We were promised by their rep Vivien Liow at the start everything would sync and be in stock. This didn't happen and when we complained she showed zero interest in helping. Terrible company no support, don't waste your money.
I used to be an online merchant who relied on Drop Ship Zone as my main supplier, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I invested significant time and money setting up my business, only to be met with constant frustration. Their stock was frequently out of stock, making it nearly impossible to fulfill customer orders. When i did make sales, there were a couple of times when their system had glitched, resulting in oversold items and forcing me to refund customers—damaging my reputation in the process.To make matters worse, they don’t offer any telephone support for merchants, leaving you to navigate their issues on your own. The majority of their products are priced at retail level or higher, making it impossible to turn a profit. How can anyone expect to succeed when you’re paying retail prices for your wholesale supplier’s inventory?The cherry on top is that they had to remove their Google listing because their reviews were so bad, which speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and customer service. Save yourself the headache—this company is a complete waste of time and money.
