Currently, 4 weeks post-op from a combined septoplasty & rhinoplastic procedure carried out by Dr. Huseyin Karabulut at Dr. Pilus, Istanbul.As a British doctor myself, I understand the level of skill required so appreciate the effort & precision that went into my procedure.The entire experience from the translator, Beyza to the nurses; Duygu bakik, Hilel Ekine & Rukiye was second to none, including after care.I did alter the take home medication: Nsaids, steroid nasal sprays and Hydrogen peroxide all delay healing which were changed to opioid & 0.9% sodium chloride.When it comes to rhinoplasty, Turkey is leading the way and this is evident by otolaryngologists such as Dr Karabulut (working for Dr. Pilus).Nothing both privately or NHS funded from the UK comes close to the outstanding service I receivedA special thank you must go to Beyza, who went above and beyond for me; calling and texting regularly, organising airport drop off & pick up and checking up on me to see how I was getting on.Thank youDr. Javed
I contacted Drpilus just for quote for some treatment on my teeth They came back to me on the same day with all the information needed and an affordable price.After booking and getting more discount for the treatment we agreed a date for the treatment.Between the time of booking and the day of the treatment I was in constant contact with the team, Céline was my contact and is amazing she kept me updated nearly everyday untilI arrived.The day I flew out I was nervous as I didn’t really know what to expect but I received a video message from Céline walking me through the airport to the meeting point. I was greeted by a gentleman who spoke good English and he took me to my VIP transport all part of the package and when I say VIP I mean when this car pulled up I felt like a popstar which took me to my hotel Again the hotel was all included in the price and was amazing the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you Each time I went to the clinic for treatment I was informed about times well in advance and picked up in the VIP car.The clinic was amazing and spotless again Céline was there to meet be and took me through everything and was there all the time , the staff in the clinic were amazing and friendly the dentist was brilliant and spoke English After the treatment and once I got home I have had a message nearly everyday asking how I am I can’t recommend Drpilus enough the whole experience was made easy I was made so comfortable and welcome and part of the Drpilus family pre and post treatment Thank you Céline and all at Drpilus
Drpilus has ruined my nose instead of fixing it . Be careful with the plastic surgeon and DrPilus people. They are not responsible for what they have done to my nose. I went to 4 differences nationality surgeon ( egypt , korean , thailand , and Italian) and All of them were saying this could be avoided, and Dr. Huseyin KARABULUT has done big mistake.I lost my columella skin and also dent in my left tip . I wish I did not have surgery in this clinic. I came to do revision but instead the clinic ruined my life .I hope everyone who involved will pay the price in their next life. What an amazing experienced with Dr Pilus. I had chatted through WhatsApp with Ms Rozhin who is one of their coordinators. Ms Rozhin, has given me an excellent package deal that non of their competitors has offered. With their 5 stars services.Mr Cengiz - is one of their very nice driver who has picked me up from the airport, took me to the hospital with Ms Rozhin, who has dealt with my Doctor. Dr Semih Yaman who has done an exemption procedures with my breast augmentation, tummy tuck with hip dips filler. My procedure was done at Central hospital Ataşehir in Istanbul. Another compliments to my very caring nurses namedMr Selahattin, Mr Berat, Ms Kubra - (pronounced Chubra in English) whom are all truly guaranteed caring nurses that even on their late at night duties are all very caring and attentive to me. Ms Esin is my follow up nurse who diligently visits me most everyday at the Continent hotel where I stayed from January 12 to 21, I have to leave this hotel a 5 star reviews too for their excellent services and staffs. To top it all, I was also provided with very professional physiotherapist named Mr Tarik who does a real magic every time he does the massaged, it makes me feel so much better. All together, my experienced is really fantastic. Up to the last minute leaving Istanbul today, the Turkish Airways stuff are also truly amazing people. Kudus to all of you! Most definitely highly recommended!
Amazing experience with the dr pilus team, my second time coming to them and I have zero regrets, the nurses were very patient and polite, my Dr was extremely amazing and friendly, my translator Ozlem who is now a friend in my head, she’s a god sent, what an amazing lady, Erin my nurse, first time I talked to her I felt like we had me years ago, very friendly and sweet, the massage therapist, tariq, please can I take his hands home with me? The man has gifted hands, first massage with him and I feel so relieved and less in pain, he’s also very warm and kind, thank you so much team DR pilus for everything!!! Xoxo
I came in Turkey for an abdominoplasty and a liposuction. It was painful during the first two or three days but I’m very happy with the results so far. Dr Pilus’ team is great. Particularly Betul who took very good care of me before I came for the surgery and during my stay. She’s always available, kind and a very good advisor. I couldn’t forgot my nurse Esin for a kindness and sweetness. Thanks to Tarik too for his wonderful massages and his particular advices that allowed me to feel better quicker.
