I had a positive experience under doctor pilus care overall. I had tummy tuck, bbl and Lipo 360 on Friday 18th August stayed in hospital for two nights. The results my surgeon made were fantastic!!! I’m very happy with my body shape and improvements and the price was affordable. The transport we’re on time and very helpful and friendly. The hotel we was taken to was beautiful 5 star very clean with room service and local food shops. Tarik the masseuse was informative but the most supportive person was my translator and coordinator Zee!!! Zee was very accommodating and nothing was too much for her from arranging video calls before I went to passing on information I felt was important whilst I was in hospital. Zee was amazing and right from the start she made me feel so comfortable. The hospital was very clean and attended to me healthcare needs and accommodated my friend. It’s a shame that Zee left the company as she provided the most support to me throughout. I met my surgeon just before operations and before going home he is so lovely 🥰 Leanne x
This is review to all potential patients who are looking at using Dr Pilus cosmetic services. I had several procedures in Aug 2023. My first procedure was a mini face cheek lift along with neck tightening. The procedure did not give any of the results they stated and it was a complete disaster. There are several severe scarings around and in front of my ears, one in which is uneaven and different on the left side. The other procedure was a eye lid lift and that too has scaring and uneven on the left side. The main procedure issue I have had is the liposuction, they advised a six-pack procedure as I am of low weight so said I was a good candidate. However, the operation looks terrible, and looks awful. I look like a frankenstine monster creation as I have very severe scaring on one side and the whole procedure is unevern and still have significant pot belly fat. It is not wrong to say I look 100% worse than what I did before the procedure, that is not a false statement. I also have significant swelling in the pubic area after 9.5 months. I have contacted the medical team at Dr Pilus many times in which they just ignore me. I am currently seeking legal along with medical advice in the UK cosmetic clinics to see if they can correct this awful mess. Please adhere to this review and stay away, cheaper is not always the best option for such a procedure on one’s body. I wish I had read and been warned previously. After 4 months of initial making contact about reviewing my operation I'm still awaiting the medical team to communicate on any follow up, which I'm not expecting to happen!!I have since seen the review response from these cowboys, and please take it with a pinch of salt when reading as most of if not all is all lies. They cannot tell the truth I was a very fit well person with great tight skin, I have always weighed 166lbs or 62kg. No previous consulting took place, only by unqualified sales team personnel by WhatsApp who try to sell their operations and even fillers before you go into the operating theatre. They didn't and have not offered me any free re correction procedure but would not contact them for any further correction procedures if they did genuinely offer. They have refused to answer my calls and text when I have,contrary to what they state Iv always been polite as thats my nature. So please do not believe any of their review reply, they are out and out lies. Not good company or surgeons what so ever. I do not want you to go through the same misery as I have had to endure, but of course it's your choice.
Amazing experience. I flew out to turkey from the UK on the 10th of august for a rhinoplasty due to not liking the shape and having breathing issues since childhood. At first I was very hesitant as it was my first time travelling abroad for surgery, however Ozlem was exremely reassuring from the very start and very polite and helpful throughout my stay, she was regularly in touch to ensure my needs were met. Furthermore, i am very happy with the standard of care provided by my doctor Mr Husseyin Karabulut he understood exactly what my nose requires to suit my face and was very professional. I would definitely reccomend Dr Pilus to anyone looking to get cosmetic surgery of any sort.

What a good experience it was!! They picked me and my daughter from airport in a luxuious car. They provided us a Hotel room for a week and a night stay in Hospital. Everything was managed perfectly by the Team of dr.pilus from car drives to translators to nurses and the doctor everybody is helpful and nice. My daughter get the excalt nose she wanted. Totally recommened
I had a rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty at the end of July, 2023. My coordinator and translator was Hakan. From beginning our communication was quiet well and he answered all my questions. Since I paid full amount he decided his job done in full. Together with surgeon they tried to sell me Botox and lipo filling. I was completely not informed about upcoming surgeries and we did not discuss anything about recovery process and nothing even about basic restrictions after surgeries. When I asked him questions, he became angry and said it is his day off and why I texted him. As example , he said everything healing in one week. But it was not true. Now 3 weeks post operation and my seams on my eyes still red . Pictures on the surgeries table I did not get also. I had to pay by my own for extra 2 days staying in hotel and bought new flight ticket, because I was not able to fly back. Nurse just came once in hotel. But should come every day. She does not speak English and could not answer my questions, just smiled. Finally coordinator Hakan mixed up my return airport. They asked me about good reviews, but I share my honest experience.
I'm very grateful to Dr. Pilus and its staff for taking care of my medical needs. From the beginning up until now they have provided me with the required attention & support.Despite researching for days and weeks, I was still a bit nervous and stressed about the procedures. But Ozlem (organiser) and the doctors gave me much needed confidence.I had a Rhinoplasty (by Dr. Husseyin Karabulut) and Emax Veneers done (by Dr Sezer). Both doctors presented themselves as Professionals, a real experts in what they do. They both built rapport, listened to my needs and provided advice and their vision to the problem. Staff at hospital were gentle and caring at all times.10+days since the procedures I can already see how beautiful their work have been. I'm very very happy and would definitely recommend Dr. Pilus clinic and both Doctors to everyone! Thanks again to everyone for what you do!!
Half a year has passed since the operation. The clinic manager does not answer me. I have terrible scars and oximetry. pus on the chest. I do not recommend this clinic. no way!!!! The thing is that I have terrible scars and the areolas on my chest are directed in different directions, they were not sewn on correctly. the right breast is lower than the left. This is not a matter of the first operation, but the fact that the work of the doctor at your clinic was not done well. I wrote to the managers of your clinic about this, but no one answered me.
I want to thank the entire team of DrPilus, especially Ms. Husna. She supported me throughout my stay at the clinic. She was very kind and friendly, I felt very comfortable thanks to her🥰. The operation and rehabilitation were successful, the result was excellent😊
