From the first consultation to after care, everything was explained clearly and calmly.
I felt reassured and completely confident in his expertise.

i asked for a 250 pound good will payment for the unexceptable time it took ,5 mths and two weeks to give me an answer about my leg .unexceptable is nuffields wolverhamptons words .they refused saying im a persistant complainer .you only complain when hospital imcompetent . i agree with your findings 5 mths 2 weeks is unexceptable .you took money for an ultrasound knowing it would be no use to diagnose my leg as you ha 3xmri of same leg showing extensive scar tissue that is fraud .nuffield confirmed unexceptable ben 5mth 2 weeks and till no answer

We've been coming here since my little boy was 5 now 9 and my little girl has since started stage 1

The staff are all lovely and very helpful. The swim teachers are great and have patience and understanding for every kids individual needs.

My son is a very competent swimmer and his sister is growing in confidence every lesson.

One thing I would say is its dissapointing you can't easily watch them through the sticker on the glass that has been put up also the progress being updated sometimes lacks and requires chased.

Overall a great club and excellent swim school.

First I Like The environment because is very tidy and the staff are very friendly and kind. The teacher Matthew is very polite and very kind to the children. My child is always happy going to swimming lessons. But something I don’t agree on is that when they cancelled any lessons, they don’t make a refund!

Music...its not great for exercising in the gym, as well as not great when having a break in cafeteria. It's actually irritating.
Please look for a different music. Something that could give you some energy!
Temperature in the changing rooms and Temperature in the swimming pool...Just cold! It's cold going into the pool and cold after half and hour swimming, then you're going into the changing room and it's cold there too!
Just bring the temp up a bit.
Other than that you're doing great!

Do not join if you want the reformer pilates. My husband and I have been poised at a minute to 7 every day and never ever even got onto the waiting list. Anecdotal evidence is that the same people get on over and over again. We have complained but no-one has got back to us.

so took 5mths to do a report my right leg nuffield manchester . unfortunately due to scar tissue they couldnt answer how much quad tendon remains . so wolverhampton who said they could using ultrasound and confirmed 3 times they could also failed to help before manchesters 5 mths so in total wasted 8 mths at nuffields hands . complaints ongoing . both sites john williams patient,once radioligist manager took my case on in manchester i had my report within 2 weeks he appologised today 5th for the 5 mth delay . so now wolverhampton must ask why there team 8mths ago said 3 times he could measure my remining quad tendon using ultrasound when he couldnt . just creating a useless report and months of upset and worry . to ben complaints are opened againt both sites i write on here to warn other people about you all so they dont suffer to john williams patient

Throughly enjoy this experience, I have done exercises I have been unable to do for a long time due to pain, but our instructor has taught not just me but the rest of the group to do it in our own time, little and often. So glad I had this experience, and well done to our instructors for there patience and caring so none of us over did things. Thank you so much.

Transformative Experience with the Joint Pain Programme

I have been participating in the joint pain programme since late October, and I can genuinely say it has significantly impacted my life. It has inspired me to make dietary changes and incorporate exercise into my daily routine. Being part of a group has been invaluable, as everyone has their own reasons for joining but shares the same ultimate goal. The instructor is exceptional—approachable, adaptable, and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend the joint pain programme.
