My treatment on my teeth was very efficient ,I got what I asked for and was advised about what extra work was needed and I felt it was. Just effective to get it all done , I was able to go back before I flew home for final touches and am very happy with the results
I was pretty scared at first to get my teeth done but The dentist was absolutely lovely and i put my trust in him and the experience was amazing i felt no pain at all the staff were amazing and very comforting I would highly recommend them to anyone As well as the service brilliant thank you so much i love my smile now i feel alot more confident thanks to drpilus and his team x
Please please please avoid this company at all costs possible. I am a 19 year old girl who put my upmost trust into this company and the coordinator Rozhin too! I was sold a dream with regards to my surgery. When I arrived at Istanbul we went to hospital and my tests were done. I was unaware that my actual surgeon wasn’t able to perform my surgery that day and my coordinator was aware as 2 other patients were in the same situation as me and were meant to be operated on the day before. Rozhin said to me that she thought the surgeons issues would have been resolved today so he could perform my procedure but it wasn’t. They then found an alternative Dr who was willing to perform my surgery- baring in mind I had no idea who this Dr was, I had done no research into this Dr and I was left with such stress and anxiety I felt I had no option but to go with this said Dr. After excepting to go ahead with the surgery with the new Dr I was then told I need to pay an extra £400 in order for the Dr to operate as he’s more experienced!! Can you believe it. I declined to pay the extra £400 as this was no fault of my own and this issue was caused by the company so it can be resolved by them. They then decided that they didn’t want the £400 anymore and it was fine to operate. MASSIVE READ FLAGS. After the operation I was left with little to no after care and I was expected to walk a mile round trip the day after my surgery to go and collect my own medication and antibiotics which was absolutely vile, I was really lucky to have my partner with me as I nearly fainted on 3 occasions on this commute to pick up the medication that they wanted me to take- barring in mind my Dr said this would be all dropped off to my hotel but the coordinator rozhin refused and send me a photo list of all the medication I needed which I then had to follow on and pay for myself. I was leaving at 9am on the Monday and please bare in mind I had no right to fly and I had to beg my coordinator to sort this for me. I’m now 3 months post op and my results are AWFUL, I have sagging skin, lose areas, horrific scarring and I’m too ashamed to even leave my house. DR PILIS HAS RUINED MY LIFE. I’m currently in contact with the Turkish health board and relevant authorities regarding my surgery as the coordinator rozhin said they can amend my surgery if I pay to have an alternative procedure they will then fix my horrific surgery they performed in the first place. My face and neck is RUINED! The company has HONESTLY RUINED MY LIFE I CANT EVEN LEAVE THE HOUSE, I WAS MORE CONFIDENT BEFORE MY SURGERY. They cling on to vulnerable and insecure individuals. I honestly wouldn’t step foot in any of dr pilus clinics even if I was dying! Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever come across and i wish I can help more people not to make the same mistake I made. Please do your research and don’t go a company because they “seem good” or have a high following. They pressure you into booking and they’ll ruin your life.
This is my extended review from my breast reduction surgery, I’d like to thank the most important professionals who assisted me in my surgery, Ali gokkaya (surgeon) who made my breast look so perky and well shaped, and if it wasn’t for Ozlem who kindly communicated very well throughout the upcoming months of my surgery and during my stay here I wouldn’t be this happy! I will be back again, for a mini tummy tuck and for my teeth. I’ll forever have a good relationship with the company Dr pilus.
My partner and I paid a substantial amount of money to both have veneers done at this clinic. We were greeted by a lady called Olsla who treated us like we were animals. They rushed our treatments as they were understaffed and cleanliness was an issue. Some staff were not even wearing masks and gloves in the treatment areas. I noticed equipment was not being sterilised also which is why my husband ended up getting a mouth infection. My teeth are also uneven the left side of my mouth is different to the right. The pain was excruciating and was not explained to us professionally from the beginning and after care was not even performed. We complained before we left and Osla decided to purposely send the driver to the wrong airport so we missed our flight which we originally paid for with the clinic, therefore we had to pay for another flight back home and a hotel stay overnight. They refused to refund us and we are very disappointed with the service and results. I would not recomend anyone to use Drpilus in the near future absolutely disgusted at the way they treated us. Now we will be getting veneers redone in the UK we regret going to Turkey

This doctor is great 💯 and his secretary is very attentive, she is always available to help (Ozlem) and the second small surgery I had, known as fox eye, was with doctor Ali Gokkayawhich is also very good!
From the beginning I have had a very pleasant experience. Beyza (our translator and main contact) has been in constant communication. Helping me along my journey. I was able to make the best decisions for myself and adjust my plan along the way. I had two procedures hair transplant and breast explantation. The drivers and hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful. The nurses and doctors were very supportive and professional throughout my treatment. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of having a procedure to use DrPilus.
