Very rapid service from the Visor Shop. Slightly let down by Royal Mail delivery but that is nothing to do with Visor Shop. I would definitely use them again. Good communication and exactly what I ordered.
Navigating the website to find exactly what I wanted was straightforward. The gloves I received are well-crafted and match the advertised quality. They were securely packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Despite the long journey from the UK to Australia in December, they arrived quicker than other parcels sent from local sellers. (If I could rate it 6 stars, I definitely would!)
After placing my order for a Merlin Blackbird, I was informed via email that the helmet was out of stock but would be restocked soon. I appreciated the transparency from the staff, who offered me the choice to cancel my order. I received timely updates about stock availability while I awaited the shipping notification. I'm glad I decided to wait. The Blackbird Racer has a striking old-school design. The fit and finish are excellent, accommodating my long/intermediate oval head shape perfectly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend the service to my riding friends, as well as plan for future purchases.
