Very disappointing experience with ACCIONA Motosharing in Valencia.
Months after my trip (October 2025), I received a “fine management fee” of €30.25, even though the official fine had not yet been formally notified to me. The communication was vague (“fine notice”) and initially lacked clear documentation.
After requesting clarification, I was told the issue referred to a parking violation based on a temporary yellow sign attached to a lamppost with plastic ties. However, in the provided photo:
* The dates and time validity of the restriction are not readable
* The scooter was parked inside a marked motorcycle parking area
* Other motorcycles were parked in the same location
* The signage appears temporary and ambiguous
As a user relying on visible road markings and clear signage, the situation was not evidently a prohibited parking area.
Additionally, the administrative department initially redirected me to app customer support (likely automated), which is not appropriate when disputing a financial charge with documentary implications.
Despite formal dispute and communication, the management fee was still charged before any official fine notification from the municipality.
Overall impression:
* Poor transparency in administrative charges
* Weak evidence provided (illegible temporary signage)
* Slow and fragmented customer support handling
* Automatic fees applied before formal legal notification
I recommend future users to carefully document parking locations and signage when using shared scooters in Valencia.
Dear ACCIONA Motosharing, we deserve more respect as users who have used your service.

Highly not recommended service. Most of electric scooters are inbad condition that it is imposible to drive them, or during ride theyjust turn off. I have lost 4 hours of unused ride because scooterrefused to drive and their customer service offered me 5 minutesas a compensation. What a shame for you acciona!
Can't log in anymore. Says it can't reach the server. No customer service, no recourse. The website is TERRIBLE. I has a "map" of where you can park the bike with absolutely no details on the map. It shows the form of it, but not the street names or anything, so how are you supposed to know where you can or can't park? Then it says "don't park too close to the red zone, it might be considered out of the map area". So their map isn't even valid anyway. It's a really poorly thought out app and service, stuck in the 90's mentality of user interface. They need to get modern or get out of the game.
Hideous registration process and customer service.EU license and NIE card scanned with the app, got rejected as they are blurry (why are these apps always use the s*ittest implmenetation of the camera app?), but I can accept that. Let me take photos of my documents in 48 MP via my phone, nicely send them via email, uncompressed so you can even see the microscopic scratches on them. Rejected. Reason: NOT THE ORIGINAL COPY of the documents (tfck is an original copy anyways, we are talking about phone camera photos here, dude). They cliaming these are scanned documents, not photos. Dude... It's so high-res, can see my DNA strains on the plastic...Anyways, deleted the app. Use Yego or Cooltra. They dont have delusional office clerks, those apps just work.
The absolute worst company period. 10 trips. App suddenly shuts down. Removed license when valid. Screwed again.Twice broke down and locked stuff in the box. Useless phone support horrendous. Got billed for standing one hour, missed appointment.30% of trips wasted failure, disaster. NEVER USE THEM TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE TETTIBLE EQUIPMENT AND APP.HORRIBLE
