Not pushy in the slightest (more than I can say for a lot of other places) and answered any questions I had either in person or via email. Bought both me and my wife’s ring from diamond heaven and I will say they are the best when it comes to details and timing. Excellent customer support whenever I ring for updates in pickup and they delivered mine to me without any hassle.
For a 20th anniversary present my husband bought me an emerald cut lab diamond in a platinum setting engagement ring and a plain platinum wedding band. I chose the styles and, after a fair bit of research, I selected an individual diamond from DH's enormous stock. To say I am pleased with them is an understatement! The diamond is beautiful, absolutely perfect, & the band (I went with the heavy weight option, 2.5mm) is also perfect and looks so classic when worn alone.
A word of gratitude for their excellent return policy too: I'd originally chosen a different cut, smaller carat weight, in a bezel setting which, I'm sad to say, just didn't do it for me when I saw it. Unfortunately, we hadn't been able to get to a store which might have made that decision for me had I been able to see this ring in the flesh, so to speak. That ring, and the medium weight band, were returned for a refund (because with the anniversary date coming up we didn't want to wait to get a new order in) and I was refunded promptly without any fuss or bother.

Upon my arrival on December 1st, I was greeted with a warm and friendly tone that immediately eased my concerns about finding the perfect ring for my spouse. To be honest, I was quite anxious about getting everything right, but the representative's calm demeanor and reassurance made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Their expertise in the products was impressive, which gave me complete confidence in my choice and helped me select the ideal ring. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end, and the representative truly took care of me every step of the way. They exemplified what outstanding customer service should be. Although I was initially informed that the ring would be ready for pickup on December 30th, the representative went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and had it prepared by December 22nd. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish, and I highly recommend the company—especially the representative.
What can I say about this place? Exceptional. I visited with my sister for support, not fully aware of all the options available. The staff guided me through the various shapes, sizes, and colors offered, making the entire experience wonderfully easy. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Fantastic work by the team at the jewellers.

The journey was made remarkably smooth and enjoyable, far beyond what I anticipated. I had numerous questions—more than I can count—but every single one was met with warmth and professionalism, transforming what could have been a stressful experience into a delightful one. I’m not sure who I communicated with, as it was all through messaging, but I’m incredibly grateful. When the ring arrived, it was breathtaking, although there was a minor flaw on the band. While most wouldn’t have noticed, I’m quite particular about perfection. With a trip to Thailand approaching, where I planned to propose, I was assured the issue would be resolved promptly upon our return. After the proposal, I realized it also needed resizing. Everything was handled the very day we got back, with the ring sent out in a prepaid envelope, and it was back with us within days—flawless and resized without any evidence of alteration. The ring and stone are truly remarkable. A month later, we can’t stop admiring it, receiving daily compliments from friends, family, and clients alike. I wholeheartedly recommend the service. In a time when quality often takes a backseat to cost-cutting, this was an impeccable experience. I’m already planning to buy pear diamond earrings to complement the ring for the big day! Thank you once more; if it were possible, I would give even more stars.
