Dunyadakitap is a great opportunity for those living in America who want access to Turkish resources. I've ordered three times. The books arrived without any problems and at a reasonable price. They also procure books that I can't find elsewhere whenever I need them. I especially recommend it to families with children. Thanks to this site, Turkish children's books are now affordable and accessible. I've been saved from carrying books in suitcases. Following their discounts and using accumulated points is also an advantage. I've been looking for a service like this for years. I'm very satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed with this book shopping site. Three days after my order was accepted, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled at my request and my money had been refunded. However, I never requested a cancellation. When I contacted the company to clarify, they informed me that they had cancelled the order because the item was out of stock. Yet, when I checked their website, I found the same item still for sale but at more than double the price I originally paid. When I raised this issue, they refused to take any action. This is the worst business practice I have ever encountered. They are dishonest and deceitful. I strongly advise against ordering books from this site.
