I ordered 4 books. They showed as “in transit” for weeks. Then I was told that one of them was out of stock, and in the end none of the books were shipped.The order was canceled without any explanation. Instead of issuing a refund, they gave me store credit. I had to spend time and effort contacting them just to get my money refunded.
