Dutch pet is bad to get I don’t no by other.i join PetMeds and i pay for Dutch medication n membership for Dutch.i when to Dutch to see a doctor n they want me to pay a hole year of membership..i ask for help n no one help me pass 3 days. So I ask for my refund or i going to dispute. Very bad to join…
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. I made my appointment at 7pm on a Sunday night for 9:50pm. It would have taken me days to get into my vet and using the Dutch service kept me from days of worry. Dr Millan was fantastic.
Easy to make next day appt. I get to pick my doctor. The meds get shipped quickly and to your door. They are wonderful and would recommend to everybody. Right now you can get a year for 100.00 and 50.00 discount for you and person who refers you there. So it's like 50.00 a year then. Dawnie ludwig
I am very impressed with my experience with Dutch. The veterinarian knew exactly what to do for my cat who has high anxiety and hair loss and I will definitely recommend it to all my pet parent friends.
What a great idea for a company!! We all love our fur babies and we want them to live as long as possible. I love this service. I have an older dog. She’s big and hard to move around. Sometime you just need a simple medication for a skin problem. And if you join for a year, it’s only $100. Free Dr visits. And cheap meds.
Dr Michaels our vet through Dutch was great. He was extremely thorough with Molly our 7 year old Goldendoodle and genuinely cares about her health. He prescribed medication and explained the process to her recovery in easy to understand verbiage. This was the second time needing vet services through Dutch and I couldn’t be happier with each visit. Thank you Doc and Dutch for caring so much for our 2 little girls.

I have 5 dogs and 8 cats along with horses and chicken, so being able to have cats and dogs seen for things that can be diagnosed and treated via zoom call makes my life so much easier

Very happy with the vet that we spoke to today about our cat not feeling well. The entire process was very easy from start to finish. Scheduled a visit the same day. Highly recommend this service.
Dr. Webster was thorough and knowledgeable. She kept me updated prior to the appointment and took her time to answer my questions during it. Sometimes it can be hard to know if you're being understood (especially while sleep deprived), but Dr. Webster took extra time to make sure we were both on the same page. This made an already stressful time much less stressful, so I'm very grateful!
Since signing up I’ve had appointments for two of my cats. Both appointments felt rushed (you have 10 minutes) and one vet actually said “I’m really backed up so it will be several hours before I can respond” Both vets prescribed 5-6 prescriptions and supplements per cat $$$. Dutch price of meds were 2-3 times higher than other pharmacies. Currently going on day 10 of waiting for antibiotics and several other meds to be authorized by Dutch to be filled by 1800petmeds. Even after a price match, Dutch free shipping was too slow and I couldn’t pay the high fee for “expedited” shipping time which was the same time frame and free at 1800petmeds. Well that was useless because here it is almost 10 days later and Dutch still has not responded to 1800petmeds requested authorization. So my cats have suffered waiting. Also those “free” collars they offer you upon signing up, yeah never got them because you have to activate and pay for a subscription to get them (more $$$) Transfer a prescription out? $5 fee. Fill a prescription with Dutch? $5 fee. Fees…fees…fees! Oh and good luck getting a person to answer the customer service number. It says looking for an agent and then tells you to leave a message! What a waste of money. This is NOT pet care focused. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.
