Duvall is a scam. The clothing is cheap and runs small. I cannot reach anyone by phone and they will not respond to my message and I spend almost $300.00 for Christmas presents for my husband and sons and only one of the items actually fit. Duvall should be out of Business and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

My order was “lost” for over 45 days, and they ignored every email, had no working phone number, and offered zero customer support. Once they take your money, they disappear.When the items finally arrived, they were shockingly cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the pictures online — pure bait-and-switch.There’s no way to get a refund or reach anyone. This isn’t just bad service — it’s fraudulent and deceptive. They’re taking people’s money and delivering garbage.People deserve to be warned. Avoid this company at all costs — they should be shut down.
What a Joke! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This company is a joke, they never give you strait answers, their return policy is scam and the clothes are nothing what they look like. Do not buy! Waited over a month n half for my order when they said it was being expedited.
Scam ,you do not get what you order ,you can't return ,they won't answer the phone . I went to my bank for a refund whi h they issued ,unfortunately these scamming scum objected to the refund so the bank had no choice other than to send them the money ..TIME THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS ARE SHUT DOWN ..YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER
I usually read reviews first. I made a mistake and did not. Probably because the clothing appeared of good quality. And I haven't had problems with purchasing on line in a very long time with clothing. If so, I could at least return the item. WRONG! The material feels like it will bead like old cheap sheets. I probably won't attempt to return after reading the reviews. $53 dollars lost.
