If there’s a 0 star button I will press that. The clothings are dusty and muddy, and most of them are stained. They are also very cheap, with some of them coming from Shein. Save your money and don’t bother buying.
I have now been waiting over 12 weeks for my refund. Every time I contact the company, I receive vague replies that avoid responsibility. I am repeatedly told that I will receive an update “soon”, yet the only information I ever get is when I insist and contact you again.
Many of the answers they send do not even match the questions I ask, which makes me believe that they have no clear understanding of what happened and are not taking any real steps to resolve the situation.
This is not normal procedure, and the way this case has been handled reflects extremely poor and abusive customer service.

I didn’t receive my order and had a very bad experience with the customer service. They kept referring to the shipping company while I couldn’t pay the extra VAT and didn’t get a good reaponse of this. Would definitely not reccomend!

I received a few low-quality t-shirts, some old sweaters that don't match the description on the platform, and a work shirt that honestly appears to be counterfeit. Paying £130 for this non-refundable box feels like a huge overcharge. I doubt I could even make £20 if I attempted to resell these items.

Firstly, the box did not include the three pullovers as advertised. Additionally, I was advised to size up, which I did, but ended up with a plain white shirt that is excessively large, a plain black pullover that is too small, and an oversized t-shirt. The items received lack any distinctive design or vintage appeal, making it feel like I could have purchased them at any retail store, which would have ensured the correct sizing. Lastly, returning the items is not an option, as the shipping costs would equal the price of the box itself.

I realize I opted for the mystery box and accepted the risks, but for $200, the items I received were extremely disappointing. I purchased two PREMIUM boxes, one for a female and one for a male, and couldn't even separate the contents. In one bundle, I received three items from the same brand, while the other bundle was so underwhelming that I hardly care about it. One of the shirts is practically unusable—it's nearly torn and completely see-through. It's incredibly frustrating, and now I need to find another gift for my family.
