Fedex made an error to my order and I sent Suitable an email. Denise emailed me just minutes after the business opened and even gave me a phone call to ensure that I would be taken care of. She is very nice and goes above and beyond to take care of me.
My issue was resolved rather quickly too. I will definitely keep my business here.

Placed my order on dec 22, paid for it via Paypal. The product showed "in stock". Their system shows payment still due, and their customer service is of no use. In one mail they acknowledge payment is indeed received, and in the next mail (supposedly from the same agent), they ask for proof of payment. No mention of order processing or shipment. After my third email, no more answers, they ghost me. Awful experienceP.S. right after this review, I received in my email this answer from the company. It is, presumably, not a coincidence that a bad public review sets the webshops costumoer service machinery in motion, for which I am thankful to trust pilot. Hopefully, my issue is resolved and I can update my experience with Suitable.
I ordered a couple of pairs of trouser online in two different sizes to check which would fit me. Unfortunately, neither did, and they didn't have the correct size in stock. However, when I went to return them, I was charged GBP 14.95 postage. An absolute rip off, do not shop with this store!
Suitable offers excellent clothing at reasonable prices. I always succeed in finding something new that really suits me. Three stars why? the courtesy of the client service department was off today. When I asked about the status of my order and delivery we found out that for some reason the package was sent to a general pick up point, where this in the past was always delivered to my house address. When I tried to discuss this, the service person kept repeating that this was an initial choice I made and not her fault. My inquiry then turned to a compliant after which she said she would come back to me and hung up the phone without saying good bye. I find it common courtesy to say good bye to anyone, even when a call doesn't go as planned or hoped. Same for me!To me, this is very rude.
WARNING: SCAM!!! I placed an order on October 26th for €450 and was eager to receive the package as it was for my partner's birthday. But on October 30th, I received a very unpleasant surprise: I was told my order had been returned and that I would be refunded. I called customer service and received no explanation; they didn't know why my package couldn't be delivered, but told me not to worry, I would be reimbursed. Very disappointed not to have received my package, oh well, I'll find another gift. However, the unpleasant surprises continued this morning when I discovered the refund, not for €450 but only €400... I've been quietly robbed of €50 in addition to not receiving my long-awaited order... I should have been compensated for my disappointment and the time I wasted, but instead, I've been robbed of €50! Of course, customer service is in English, so it's very difficult to make myself understood... But I'll keep calling until I get my money back!! The least they could do is compensate me for my loss, but this website doesn't seem very reliable...
