Breach legislative laws, fraudulent, corrupt, bullies, liars, withhold information have rights of accessing, will threaten, silence, take away you legal/ human, safety/ medical mental and health rights, ignore medical professionals, see no named signed off emails and ignore serious injury outcomes. Will approved and have legal outcomes of agreements for claim costs - then not uphold them. WorkSafe Vic fail their duty of care to ensure their agencies follow: WorkSafe Victoria ensures agencies follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, requiring them to eliminate or reduce risks to health, safety, and welfare, as far as reasonably practicable. March 2020 to this day DXC continues to be negligent, cause further hardships, injuries and harm. All departments at DXC turn a blind eye and the person managing claim from technical management team answers all emails preventing anyone from assisting, has made defamatory claims and can show evidences to their claims - smear campaign because know rights.

Where to start, Poor Communication at every turn. Has a claims case manager lie to my face not once but twice. Being sore at work, no actual injury, now a work over issue? No need for proof, no need for facts needing to be factual. “Balance of probability used” “You would have to say the employee wasn’t at work” for a rejection.When I presented facts, evidence, incidental reverence, evidence that it should have been an injury that showed up on scans, should have been the other arm. All irrelevant.Asked Chat GPT to be a claims officer it said probability sat at 10%.No longer for work place injuries, all for employees. Zero support for employers.

They are not there to help and support…

They are not there to help and support you during difficult times. Staff tried to avoid replying and attending the calls, emails. They are just there to try any way to prove that all other medical professionals are wrong only their practice doctor is right. We shall stand together to report about this unprofessionalism and explain what they trying to do. How they trying their best to make give up. The company itself is situated there for name sake.

The Worst!

Absolutely appalling service from a government funded service that is not regulated hard enough.From the very first interaction with the company it was clear they knew nothing about the system they work in and we're only interested in being paid.If your case is assigned to the team you will want to request another company handle your claim, Their service was almost as distressing as the 415v electric shock that forced me into their service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Don bother applying for any roles

This company has no concept of professionalism in recruitment. The rejection email is actually quite threatening and the fact that it was an agent in Bulgaria who replied with an obvious template suggests that they may be harvesting CVS. As I had worked previously at exactly what they were posting for - I suspect the company may be posting fake roles in areas where they are not operating

The company which happily pushes you towards suicide

Not sure how people like this are allowed to operate. I started recording the phone calls with them to protect my legal rights and to proof their lies and I reported them to IRO and will go further if needed. They did nothing to get me back to work, more the complete opposite
