So, I was irritated about a little bait and switch happening with a tool I needed to use just briefly. I talked to support about it to make sure I was understanding that the tool was actually $99 and not the $39 I thought it to be. They informed me that, yes - it is actually $99. I wasn't going to do that for a one-time use so I let them know that. Know what they did?? Blew me away. They gave me the license for the $39 that I needed for a 3-day use. Prob some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!!

I was in a jam - I paid and downloaded the app and needed help. The online support was there immediately and expertly guided my through the process and I got back my 4gig plus of emails and attachments.Very efficient online support!!
