Untrustworthy service

I wouldn't recommend this service. They sent me an email stating that my package would automatically renew unless I canceled it. I couldn't remember which QR service I had used, so I tried to log in. Upon logging in, I was immediately greeted with a message stating, 'Congratulations, you renewed your account and package.' I had no prior dealings with them, and they misled me to get me to their website. Since then, I have been receiving constant emails from them, and I cannot unsubscribe. Very disappointing experience.

Great service for holiday needs

I utilized a service to create a QR code for a Christmas card. I wasn't aware that the free version would stop working after a few days, and I had already printed 100 cards. Initially, I couldn't recover the code, but a representative stepped in and not only found it but also informed me that a monthly subscription would keep it active during the holiday season. They also assisted me in canceling the subscription afterward. Excellent customer service with prompt, personal responses. Thank you!

Fun family treasure hunt

I used a service to create a series of QR codes for a Christmas treasure hunt. I was doing this for my family while I would be far away during the holidays. I didn’t realize that my codes would expire. When I contacted support, they kindly reactivated my codes, even though I had a free account, allowing my family to continue the hunt! They are enjoying the clues, and the QR codes can be cut into pieces that need to be collected and reassembled to access the video messages I created. Great fun!
