However, I struggled to find information on the return process and emailed the support team, receiving no response. Days later, I got an automated reply with a link for return options. I was initially relieved, but then shocked to learn that not only do I have to pay for return shipping, but there's also a fee per item returned, which wasn't disclosed on the website. This approach doesn't seem very customer-friendly.
