What an amazing place and the staff are first class. I am not a farmer, builder, fencer etc. etc. just want the odd item or so and I am treated as if I was a regular customer spending hundreds of pounds. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. Other shops, warehouses, supermarkets etc. need to look at how Chelford Farm Supplies treat all their customers. Well done! Thank You.
Ordered an item which not every where stocks so pleased they still had some. Had a nightmare with delivery with royal mail and the staff here have been super helpful even sending another item before recieving the failed delivery/collection one back from royal mail. I regularly use this shop they always send parcels straight away. My OH and son also like shopping here.
Warehouse manager very rude he has bin very rude and arrogant several times I have seen him treat his staff poorly with no respect I have bin stud waiting for horse feed or shavings and he has just stud there and waited for someone else to see to me like it’s beneath him very rude man shame he is bringing a good family run business down
After an absolutely awful experience with Lister and a faulty set of Eclipse clippers, I just want to say the 5 stars is for Chelford Farm Supplies internet customer service, Georgia Cadman has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue.Although I cannot recommend Lister or the Eclipse Clippers, I can highly recommend Chelford Farm Supplies and will continue to buy from them in the future with confidence.
I bought a pair of night slippers from them, which turned out to have a defect. I didn't get constructive assistance regarding a return - i had to chase it up. Not to mention whoever it was i spoke to repeatedly interrupted me causing a frustrating conversation for a simple return.
