The onboarding with Chantelle was Superb! although I would like a little more interaction between the Recruitment & Onboarding officers and the New Freelancers. Because there has to be a way to make it more of a seamless integration and transition that way both the agents and clients synchronize more efficiently.
The interview process and training were very easy and the trainer and interviewer made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The website is easy to use. Even though I haven't officially started working as yet, so far i love it.
