The business drew me in with a £2 per month offer for two card machines. I would just need to pay £2 per month, 0.4% and 3p per transaction. Sounded very nice. Had a look through the terms and conditions and found other fees to pay. £5.00 per month SaferPayments programme fee. £10.00 Minimum Monthly Service Charge (per outlet*). This means that your fees are going to be bare minimum £17 per month. If you bring in £10 or £2500 per month, you are paying £17 per month. I can see how once you have transactions of £2500 per month this is worth while, but before this point... nope.
Also, it was a shame that the 18 month contract wasn't discussed at all. I know all this information is in the terms and conditions, but it would be nice to be told when you are signing up to make payments for over a year.
I initially spoke with Henry. I called back and spoke to Declan. Thank you Declan for explaining what the £5 and £10 fees were.
This could be a very good option to go for. But if you are taking less than £2500 per month in transactions then pause and think.
This company has more then one Trustpilot account the other account
Avoid this company they have told me non stop lies and I was sold a machine at £1 a month when in fact it’s 17.88 a month and I tried to stop my account and pay the cancellation fee but they still making that hard for me as I am being told lot’s cancelled and then told it’s not cancelled by world pay this is dragging on now over 3 weeks and still no further forward . I see the reply below is saying I been offered a resolution that is not true and that’s is a reply to show that they care when honestly they don’t ! It’s 23rd of January 2026 at 10.06am and I have not heard anything from them!
I am receiving constant harassment and cold calls from this company, which can't even pronounce my business name correctly. Despite my requests to stop, they continue to call me multiple times a day from different numbers! Even though I'm registered with the TPS, the spam calls keep coming.
The company is still promoting their £1 per month introductory offer, but they fail to mention that additional fees from the payment processor result in a hefty invoice arriving monthly. Be sure to read the fine print, or you may face a large bill.
