Received great advice in planning what we needed for our four-bedroom house. The filter and softener were fitted at the mains incomer, ensuring all water is treated. After a couple of weeks, the cleanliness of the water is remarkable; it makes you question what we’ve been drinking! The softness of the water is evident by the minimal stains on chrome, stainless, and porcelain! I’ve recommended it to friends, but they haven't seen it yet.
Delivery was quick. It just arrived today, so I haven’t had it fitted yet. However, the customer advice was excellent, very helpful, and I got a great deal. I can't wait to get it installed. Additionally, I have the reverse osmosis water filter from another provider, which is my second one after having the first for about eight years, and I’ve also purchased one for my daughter. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
