Richard has been servicing our boilers at work for some time and has also done other work. He's very pleasant reliable, always gets back to you when you call and is honest with his pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Turned up on time, did exactly what they said they would and made sure everything was right inside before they left for the day Rich worked late to try to get the boiler working earlier than planned as it was so cold, Only 2 minor areas they can improve. Communication leading upto the installation could be better, sometimes left a little bit in limbo as to what was happening. After finishing the job. Left us a bit to clean up outside. Really professional people who were friendly and respectful of our house. Feel the rating would be 4.5 if I could as improvement comments were fairly minor but system only allows whole stars. Overall would definitely recommend.

Found this Company on Rated Tradespeople , I would definately recommend them. As soon as I advertised they got intouch and booked me in when it was convenient for me. On the day the engineer rang and asked if he could come an hour early, which was great . The engineer was very polite, took his shoes off !! and talked me through the whole service. He then explained what the next step was regarding payment, and within a short time of him leaving, I received confirmation of my boiler service and ways to pay. They also will contact next year .Thank you would definitely recommend them.
East Midlands Boilers are an amazing company I called them out for my mother in law on a Saturday they came out Monday to have a look at her boiler and we all agreed that a new boiler would be better than trying to fix the old one. They came out two days later to install a new boiler. An amazing company definitely would recommend this company very reliable left not a single bit of mess an amazing price for the boiler very quick no call out charge and all the staff very polite.
