After receiving the payment, they began to dodge my inquiries and made false assurances. They handle applications for countries like Greece, which are notoriously difficult to obtain visas for, without proper vetting. Consequently, I faced three rejections and lost approximately £400–£500. They obviously lack knowledge about which countries allow visa-free entry and which do not. They use fictitious names and pretend to be from the UK, but their conduct is entirely unprofessional and misleading, clearly indicating they are not who they claim to be. After payment, their communication deteriorates or ceases altogether. ⚠️ Please don’t throw your money away. Handle your visa application online, book refundable accommodations and tickets, and ensure you apply correctly. Their only interest is in taking your money, not in assisting clients. I learned this the hard way — don’t make the same error I did.
