My move went exceptioanlly well with easygroupage. The one thing I liked is that you can comunicate with them, especially Adrien through WhatsApp and he answers within seconds always to help you with a solution. Even Sonia answers emails very quickly and comes all out of her way to help you. Would definitely use Easygroupage again in the future!

While we understand that groupage can lead to delays, this was excessive, and I had to engage with the local partner to expedite things. To add to the frustration, a piece of furniture arrived completely damaged. We had paid for insurance, but they claimed it didn't apply due to the item's low value, which was never communicated beforehand. Now they suggest refunding only the insurance amount, which makes no sense. I would not recommend this service.
