Review Time
I recently had conversion work done to remove my old system boiler for a combi boiler. The quote I received significantly beat any others I got online. I received excellent customer service and the quality of workmanship. I had some small teething issues which were no fault of theirs but they offered me video support to resolve the issue swiftly. The system has now been running for 4 days with out issue and I can confirm that my energy costs have been more than halved per day….
Cowboy company. I got a quote on the internet but i couldnt get through to anyone for installation. I emailed and no replies, called Craig on his mobile number and noone answers ur calls nor do they call u back. I guess its a sign that i shouldnt get my boiler installation with them. Unreliable unprofessional people
Excellent service. Craig was very helpful and has vast knowledge of boilers. He was able to share al information on the types of boiler. He put my mind at rest as my boiler broke fown and needed a new boiler. This was a quick process. I only enquired on Monday and Wednesday the boiler was installed. Thanks to Craig and Mark who completed the installation. Mark was very professional , friendly and helpful. He completed the job within agreed time. He cleared everything and cleaned. First class experience from beginning to end. The price was the best I could find and the service and advice were first rate. We wanted the boiler in a rush and Craig went the extra mile to move things around to get us a boiler fitted the next day. Mark, the installer, was also excellent. Craig and his team have been excellent through out the whole process I called on the wednesday and the boiler was fitted on the Saturday. We had a small issue with the boiler and Craig came over himself to have a look and get it all working correctly a long journey from Wale s to Birmingham but nothing was too much trouble a real family orienatated business and cheaper than any other quote I had. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I have no experience of heating systems at all, Craig was helpful and responded to my many emails within minutes. The installation team worked diligently and ensured everywhere was clean before leaving. Craig gave a follow up call to check i was satisfied with the service and offered future support should I need it. The whole process was seamless, and I am an extremely happy customer.
Found eazy heat upon Facebook and gave them a ring. Craig was amazing from start to finish. Made everything so easy from start to finish. Engineer turned up upon the day on time and installed the boiler. I went with easy heat because they can offer an extended parts and labour warranty upon the boiler which was far greater than most offered by other company’s. Highly recommend them. Great price too compared to other company’s. Free detailed quotes with options of a choice of boilers helped with my choice with the choice of timer controls and filters. Would definitely use them again.
