Review Time
We had a combi boiler fitted recently. Due to the age of the old boiler it looked like it would be really difficult to install, however after reviewing the situation Joe the engineer came up with a plan to install. It took longer than expected but Joe came back to ensure everything was completed and working properly. Overall I was very impressed with Joes work, he removed all rubbish and cleaned everything once done. Craig from Easyheat made a follow up call to go through warranty info and to let us know if we need any help with anything they would be there for us. Great service and we are now happy to have hot water👍👍👍 would highly recommend.
Right from the off it was very easy to order the correct combination boiler with a quotation to supply and install. Spoke to Craig from EazyHeat to confirm the order and install date, he was very helpful. The boiler engineer was very experience and made sure he carried out all the initial checks be for install. The install and commissioning of the boiler went very well and all relevant documentation was handed over plus a safe gas check and certificate was carried out. The site was cleared of all old materials.Craig gave myself a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the job and explained the next steps regarding warranty and other relevant documentation that will be sent to me. The warranty will be for 10 years. I would totally recommend EazyHeat.
Fabulous service from Craig who visited to view the boiler replacement in our old property, which was not quite as straightforward as just a simple replacement. Craig was professional, knowledgeable and quickly sorted out which boiler would work with our setup. He arranged the fitting very quickly as we needed the boiler urgently. Joe the engineer worked tirelessly to fit the boiler, pump and new controls and did not leave until he was completely satisfied that everything worked well and the job was completed to his high standard. Craig was available to answer questions both before and after fitting, his communication is excellent and returns calls very quickly. I cannot fault this company and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and their service, I was emailed with different options to choose from and was left to make my decision without any pressure, once I had decided on the boiler Craig got in contact to set a date for installation 2 days later, I got a phone call the day before installing stating that the boiler wasn’t in stock locally to me so Craig himself drove a 6 hour round trip with a boiler from their depot to make sure I would still have it installed the next day ( I knew from this point that I had 1000% made the right choice to use easy heat) the next day joe and Sam came to fit, they are lovely lads and talked me through everything, answering any questions I had, they worked none stop and I couldn't fault them at all! All in all I will definitely be recommending easy heat and if I ever need a boiler in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou for the amazing service.
Very competitive prices. Great comms with Craig who is very friendly and explained the whole process in detail, emailed few quotes with all info needed. Boiler replacement started just after 2 days from agreeing on the quote and price 👍. I got a very good price on my boiler installation comparing to other companies and it was quick and easy payment process.Boiler fitter Piotr has done a grand job, again very friendly, professional, efficient, protected all surfaces, cleared all rubbish and tidied everything up and explained all how to work the boiler before he left.Overall, I am very happy with the job and can recommend Eazy Heat to anyone, any day.
