Craig from Eazyheat was brilliant from start to finish. After searching the Internet for different quotes and advice, Eazyheat came out best . Took a low deposit, not pushy and communicated all the way. Had the boiler fitted on Saturday by a guy called Simon through Eazyheat, who were so nice and professional, again from start to finish. We are very happy with our new boiler and would highly recommend .
Having just moved house and finding an inefficient twenty year old boiler installed I requested a number of quotes from different companies. Craig's communication was excellent from start to finish, providing clear detailed quotes on a variety of boilers. Having selected the boiler we wanted we then decided to enquire about replacing some old radiators and installing TRV's - again Craig was swift with the quotes and very competitive. On the day the two lads who carried out the work were, friendly, clean and tidy and did a great job! Craig called in to check all was ok and rang again the following day to check we were happy and explain the warranty process. Overall an excellent experience - thanks again!

Craig was very helpful talking us through our options tailored to our needs. Joe the installer was fantastic - the install was not straight forward and Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before he left. You could tell Joe really takes pride in his work. Eazyheat offer a more personal service then the bigger companies and in my experience for better value.
Although we didn’t get the boiler exchanged as we have put Craig off several times I’d like to say if you are looking for a genuine company with its customers interest’s put first this is the one.The cost and level of service is five star Thank you Craig will be in touch as soon as it’s a good time for us
