Review Time
Sent wrong part, this happens all the time when I order parts from your company and I have to send back repacking, taking it to the shipper to ship it back to you and then waiting to get the replacement part hoping it's right that time.
I placed an order on 4/16/25 and was told the part was on back order. I contacted Eckler's numerous times to get a status update, each time I was told that they would have to follow up with the vendor on Friday and they would contact me with the update. There was never any follow up providing a ship date. This went on for 6 months until I finally cancelled the order on 11/26/25. Instead of issuing a refund they issued a store credit. I told them I wanted a refund; they said that they tried to refund the amount due back to PayPal and PayPal refused to take the refund. I asked them to send me a check, which they said they would do. I have contacted them several times since to get my refund and keep getting the run around. I called PayPal yesterday asking if there was a problem with accepting the refund and was told no, that they would process the refund. Once again, I called Eckler's and was told the same thing. I insisted on speaking to a manager and none were available; I was told that Nuno would call me back. A day later and still no phone call. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and will never do business with company again.
