I bought a 3-pack of apple e-cigars, which were advertised to provide 3000 puffs. However, I received less than half of that amount. When I reached out for support, they informed me there was nothing they could do, failing to honor their claim of 3000 puffs. I hadn't even used it for 30 days and don’t smoke it daily. They require returns within 72 hours, which seems unreasonable. Overall, the 3000 puffs claim appears misleading, and I wouldn't trust their advertising.
The service was excellent, but there was an issue with the flavor listings of the products. It stated that the two items I purchased were regular flavors, yet I received iced flavors instead. I ordered root beer and grape, but they were incorrectly listed. On the bright side, the fulfillment process was quick, typically taking just 3 to 4 days.
