This service is a complete scam! They advertise features that aren't available, and customer support is nowhere to be found. Once you subscribe, there's no way to cancel, despite what they claim. If you value your money, steer clear. My experience with their automated publishing to a platform was disappointing. The generated articles are of very poor quality, far below any basic AI. The connection to the platform doesn't work either. After a month of trying to contact support, I received no response. If you subscribe, you’ll find it impossible to stop the subscription, so don't provide your payment details to this service!
I’ve been using this service for a few months on a lifetime deal, and honestly, I’m not impressed. If I were on a monthly plan, I would have canceled by now. The only positive aspect is the project setup for agencies, allowing for client separation and easy review of generated content. However, this is overshadowed by the poor output quality and overall experience. The articles are bland and generic, often misinterpreting prompts, and there's no continuity in learning — even after creating multiple pieces for the same client. The tool feels clunky and demands too much rewriting to be worth the time saved. There are definitely better options available — even direct use of other AI tools yields superior results. Not recommended.
I’ve been trying to reach out to this service for over a month regarding a software question, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any replies. I’ve contacted the support team through several channels – social media and even the official community – but no response. I even attempted to contact the CEO directly, hoping for a resolution, but still nothing. I'm leaving this review as a last resort, hoping someone from the team will finally respond. I see potential in this tool, but the lack of customer support is disheartening. Please, could someone get in touch?
