Review Time
After a few uses, I find the product is good. I wanted to upgrade to the bigger size, but experienced poor customer support. A lot of the products are showing as sold out on the website. I cannot get a response from the customer support as to when they would be available or why they are sold out. Is the company simply closing out?
The first time I ordered, the filter came so fast I’ve never experienced that before as I live on an island. When 5 months later a small crack formed in the base, there was a new one sent straight away, no extra cost. And the water is of a drinking quality that pushes every other filter out of the water. Plus, the container actually looks nice in the house! An absolute 10 on all levels. From service to looks to quality.
the price sounds good : 134 Eurothen you order Plus 20 Euro Shipmentand now i receive a bill from UPS for 39 EUROS for additional fees!!!!!!ABSOLUT SCAM !almost paying double than advertised! And they make you feel like you order from a shop within your country! DON'T ORDER THERE
excellent so far great service, delivery and follow up, I haven't used the filter yet as it just arrived but the reviews and descriptions of the product sounds great!!!! I have the small filter snd I have ordered the bigger one for my family! thank you guys you are great
