The water quality is perfect, and we love that we no longer need to buy plastic water bottles, such a great sustainable solution!In the beginning, we had some delivery issues (not the company’s fault), but the customer service was outstanding. They responded within 24 hours and provided a solution that resolved everything within just two days.I can’t recommend this enough! Fantastic product and excellent service!
I had a small problem with my EcoFiltro container’s paint. Less than a week after sending a email to costumer service the new container arrived at my address! Wonderful costumer care service, lots of attention and a professional approach to their clients. 10 out of 10! And the product is btw amazing. Water tastes delicious and it looks great too! Love it.
Since May 2024 I have had a yellow 5 litre Ecofiltro. I did a lot of research to find the most natural, plastic free and best filter available and the Ecofiltro was the answer. It’s a nice addition to the kitchen with the colour and doesn’t take up too much space. For the first week I didn’t like the taste of the water, now it’s my favourite and I miss it when I am away! I am waiting to buy a 20l version because it’s not really 5l which can be used at a time. It’s slow to filter compared to other products, but that means it’s actually filtering, doing its job and not just passing through.I also like that it does not need to be cleaned that often and there’s no waste once the filter is redundant.Customer service is very fast to respond and always answer my queries clearly and in a friendly manner.Disadvantages:1. The 5l capacity provides me with around 1.5litres in the morning once I top it up at night, then only bits throughout the day, so I just use it for drinking. I need a bigger capacity to be able to use for cooking.2. The wooden stand went mouldy and rotted, so I bought a different stand. As the shape is quite generic to other water dispensers, other stands are quite easy to find.Im extremely pleased with the product, so much so that I want a bigger version!
We love the product. First had the small one, but give it to my Mum. Now we have the big one. The taste and quality are great. We put additional charcoal in the tank, to keep it extra fresh. Costumer service was very helpful. We recommend the water filter <3
The product is absolutely amazing. My water tastes much cleaner. I spent hours upon hours searching the web for a plastic free water filtering system, and found Ecofiltro. My first filter got destroyed in delivery and customer service sent me a new one, no questions asked. When I got taxed by the government for the replacement filter, customer service refunded me the tax. Couldn’t recommend this company more.
