I bought the Tower stack set of cooking pans with detachable handles - great pans! Super non-stick & the handles are really sturdy.
Fast delivery & really pleased with the purchase!
The Air fryer supplied is a very good machine and being upright fits perfectly in the kitchen space works vey well and at an excellent price, only downside is there was no instruction booklet accompanying it still unsure of all the function buttons do otherwise it would be a five star rating
I received a 13 piece Tower saucepan set which had 3 damaged pans (all obviously dented) I informed Shop TV who told me they would let the supplier know. I was asked to send photos, then asked to write on them the word "Dispose" which I did, then I was asked to write on ALL pieces, which I have.
It has been nearly 3 weeks now of back and forth with these 2 companies, I have never known a company that doesn't just offer a return and refund.
Not only were the pans damaged but when I received the box, it had clearly previously been opened and then resealed. I honestly believe now that I was sent returned goods! So disappointing and very unprofessional. If Shop TV are prepared to sell to the public surely they should refund and they deal with the supplier? Im sad I had to leave this review as I have been happy in the past.
I have not yet received my order, and I was looking forward to having my pans for Christmas, but they did not arrive. I am still waiting. Please either deliver the pans or issue a refund. I would prefer to receive the pans. My order was placed around December 15th.
This was my first time using the service, and I must say, the delivery was exceptional. I ordered on December 22nd, expecting delivery from the 28th onward due to Christmas delays, but I was pleasantly surprised! I received emails about the product being dispatched, with tracking updates every hour instead of just daily, and the product arrived on December 24th. Outstanding! I've been considering purchasing more items, but I haven't committed yet. I hope this isn't just a one-time experience. Based on this, I would highly recommend the shopping experience with this service for their impressive delivery times.
I recently updated my previous review. The service claimed they would investigate my concerns, but I have not heard anything about the faulty and potentially dangerous iron. I reached out again this morning, and if I don't receive a response or a refund, I will escalate this matter to trading standards. It's a complete mess, and I wish I had ordered from a different platform! I bought a 3 in 1 iron, and as soon as I plugged it in, my electricity went out. After fixing the issue, I tried using the iron again, and the same thing happened. I live in a new home, and this is the only time I've experienced electrical problems. I contacted the service, and they said they would speak to the manufacturer. A week later, I requested an update, but their response felt dismissive. I sent another email, and it has been a while without any reply. Why would they sell a product if they seem unable to handle returns for faulty items, especially when it should be covered under consumer rights? I will never shop here again, regardless of any deals they may offer!
I ordered a product that I never received. I called several times and was told to wait for the company to investigate. The support team doesn’t listen to customers over the phone and just makes excuses about needing time for the investigation. I can see on the tracking that the parcel is lost, yet I'm being asked to wait. Even when I requested a refund, there was no communication from the customer service team—only a notification from the payment platform about the refund. I inquired about the delivery charge since I never received the item. Weeks later, I finally got a refund for the delivery, but still no contact from customer service. I strongly advise against ordering from here as you receive no customer service, no product, and have to struggle for a refund. If I could rate it below zero, I absolutely would; it's been a terrible experience.

Compré 2 cojines de seda hace unos 9 meses, pero son demasiado pequeños para las fundas normales. No se pueden llenar bien, lo que hace que el relleno se desplace. Llamé hace unas semanas y me dijeron que ya estaba fuera de garantía. Intenté darles tiempo para ajustarse, pero no sirvió. Hay mejores cojines disponibles.
