Review Time
I got an email asking about a timeframe. I was told I'd get a message in the morning as it was an all-day delivery. 2 p.m that day came and no message, so I emailed. I was told 2:30-4:30 p.m. Nobody turned up, so I emailed again and got told the driver was delayed but WOULD be there in the next hour. Two hours passed and nothing. I emailed again for an update, got no response, tried calling, and then they closed. No delivery, spent the whole day waiting.

Wayne our delivery driver in Kent today was amazing! Kerbside delivery was clearly stated when ordering. Our delivery was 350kg and live on a hill with steep driveway! Wayne saved us loads of time and delivered to the door! Great company to deal with, very happy and above expectations!
received delivery of laminate flooring driver called ahead and was most helpful when he arrived. called customer service number for an estimated time and again they were very helpful. 10/10 service would recommend and I will most definitely use this company again
